Blake Campos - Founder and President:
A graduate of Texas A&M University, Blake gained experience early in his career in customer service and data analytics-focused roles. He built upon this foundation when he started his career in employee benefits, spending much of his time working to reduce costs, provide the best customer service, and maintain compliance to give the best benefits brokerage experience for his clients.
After seven years of experience, Blake’s belief that there was a better way to design employee benefits led him to launch Avante Benefits. As a benefits advisor, Blake strategically works with companies to educate them on the driving forces behind pricing and provide the best support, guidance, and innovation to develop the best benefits package for their workforce.
